Homemade Pork Tapa with Costing /Negosyo Recipe

A clear glass dish filled with Homemade Pork Tapa, a Filipino dish made of marinated and fried pork slices. The pork is caramelized and cooked to a tender, slightly crispy finish. Costing:

  • Pork = 250/kg Lomo Part
  • Bawang = 5 php
  • Suka = 3 php
  • Toyo =  4 php
  • Asukal = 5 php
  • Paminta = 1 php
  • Asin = 1 php
  • Laurel = 1 php
  • Seasoning powder = 2 php

Total =  267 php

1kg pork = 1000 grams

Repack 200 grams per pack

1000 grams / 200 grams = 5 pack

Selling price per pack = 90 php x5 = 450

– 267 = 183php income per kg of pork tapa.

Ingredients.

  • 1 kilo Pork Loin/Lomo ( Pinaka Malambot na parte ng Kerne)
  • 1/4 tasa ng toyo
  • 1/4 tasa ng suka
  • 1/4 tasa ng asukal
  • 6 cloves ng bawang
  • 5 dahon ng Laurel o Bayleaf
  • 1 maliit na kutsara ng asin
  • 1 maliit na kutsara ng seasoning powder or magic sarap
  • 1 maliit na kutsara na paminta buo or durog

Proseso:

  1. Hiwain ang pork lomo ng manipis o tapa cut. Pwede ipahiwa sa bilihan ng karne para di na mahirapan.
  2. Hugasan ang karne at patuluin sa salaan.
  3. Sa isang malaking bowl haluin ang suka, toyo, asin, asukal, paminta, seasoning powder, bawang at laurel. Haluin mabuti.
  4. Ilagay ang karneng baboy at imarinate ng mabuti.
  5. Irepack ang pork tapa ng 200 gramo per pack kung pang negosyo.
  6. Iprito ang pork tapa ng 10 minuto at pwede nang kainin ang pork tapa.
