How to Cook Butter Shrimp with Sprite

A delicious serving of butter shrimp cooked to a light pink hue, tender and glistening with a buttery glaze. The shrimp are neatly piled on a white plate, paired with a side of steamed leafy greens. The dish is simple yet elegant, showcasing the shrimp's plumpness and vibrant color

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilo of Shrimps
  • 1 cup of Sprite Soda
  • ¼ cup of Butter
  • 1 whole slice Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Salt, ½ tsp. Pepper and Seasoning powder

Procedures:

  1. Remove the vein and clean the shrimps. Set aside
  2. In the cooking pan put the ¼ cup of butter and stir until melt.
  3. Add the slice garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Cook in medium flame.
  5. Add the shrimp and stir well.
  6. Add the 1 cup of sprite and the salt, pepper and seasoning powder and the 2-tbsp. soy sauce.
  7. Stir and cook for 5 – 7 minutes until slight dry and saucy.
  8. Serve hot with rice. Enjoy!
