How to Cook Chicken Adobo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo Chicken
  • 1 ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Salt and 1 tsp. Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Seasoning Powder
  • Chili (optional)
  • Boiled egg (optional)
  • Oil

Procedures:

  1. Wash and Cut the Chicken. Set aside.
  2. Cut the onion and garlic.
  3. Sauté the Garlic and Onion let the garlic burn just a little bit to add more flavor.
  4. Add the Chicken and stir well.
  5. Add the Soy Sauce, water and vinegar. Cover and Let it boil.
  6. Stir well and wait to cook.
  7. Serve with White Rice or Garlic Rice. Enjoy
