How to Cook Inihaw na Pusit/Grilled Squid Recipe

A beautifully grilled squid served on a hot sizzling plate, garnished with a generous amount of toasted garlic, chopped parsley, and a drizzle of savory sauce. The squid is tender and slightly charred, with the tentacles positioned alongside the body, enhancing the presentation. The dish is set on a rustic wooden platter, making it both visually appealing and appetizing.

Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs. Of Big Squid
  • 8 pcs. Tomato
  • 3 pcs. Onion
  • 1 pc. Garlic
  • 50 grams. Of Ginger
  • ½ of Grated Cheese
  • 2 pcs. Salted Egg
  • 3 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Salt, Pepper and Seasoning powder
  • Oil for brushing
  • Bamboo stick
  • Charcoal for grilling

Procedures:

  1. Wash and clean the squid. Set aside
  2. Chopped the onion, garlic, tomato and salted egg.
  3. Seasoned with soy sauce, pepper and salt and seasoning powder. Mix well
  4. Put in a bowl and add grated cheese. Then mix it well.
  5. Take the squid and stuffed with the tomato onion mixture.
  6. Then use bamboos stick to hold and lock the head of squid.
  7. Set the charcoal into fire and grill the squid for 20 minutes.
  8. Frequently turn upside down the squid to grill both sides well.
  9. Served with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy
