How to Cook Stir Fry Okra

Ingredients

  • 3 bundles of okra
  • 2 salted eggs
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • ½ tsp. Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Chili (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the okra
  2. Separate the egg white and egg yolk of salted egg. Chopped
  3. Slice mince the garlic.
  4. In a pan pour the oil and sauté the garlic
  5. Add the salted egg yolk, sauté.
  6. Then add the slice okra, mix well
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cover for a minute.
  9. Don’t over cooked, make the okra crunchy
  10. Lastly add the salted egg white and sili.
  11. Mix well and serve with rice. Enjoy!
