Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg ground pork
• 1/2 Kg Lasagna Pasta
• 1 pc carrot dice
• 2 pcs hotdog dice
• 1 pc white onion dice
• 5 cloves garlic
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• Cheese
• 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
• 1/2 cup nestle cream
• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup fresh milk
• 1/4 cup slurry (cornstarch + water)
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tsp seasoning granules
• 2 tbsp sugar
• Oil for saute
• 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 cup water(mix)
• Water for boiling
Procedure:
1. Cook the lasagna pasta in boiling water with salt according to its label. And Soaked in ice water to avoid getting overcook.
2. Heat the pan with oil then sauté the onion, and garlic.
3. Add the ground pork and stir it well. Add the hotdog and carrot.
4. Season with salt, pepper, seasoning granules and sugar. Stir well.
5. Add the tomato sauce, tomato ketchup and water. Let it boil
6. Add ½ cup of grated cheese. Stir
7. Add the cream and fresh milk then thickened with slurry.
8. Arrange the lasagna pasta into a baking pan then add the sauce and grated cheese every layer. Repeat until third layer.
9. Add more cheese on top then Bake for 15 minutes.
10. Serve and enjoy
