How to Make Crispy Apple Roll

Crispy apple rolls with a golden crust and sweet filling on a cooling rack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc. Apple(small dice)
  • 4 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla syrup
  • 2 pcs. Calamansi
  • Flour
  • ¼ cup Water
  • Oil for frying
  • 10 – 20 pcs. Lumpia Wrapper

Procedures:

  1. Cut the apple into small dice. Set aside
  2. In a pan slightly caramelized the sugar then add the diced apple.
  3. Add the the flour and mix well lastly add vanilla and water.
  4. Mix well and let it cool.
  5. Lay a lumpia wrapper and add a little amount of apple mixture.
  6. Roll it and fry for 3 – 4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Served while hot. Enjoy
