Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Pork liempo / belly
- 1 cup Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. Ketchup
- Garlic
- 1 Chili Green
- 4 pcs. Calamansi
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt and pepper
- Charcoal for grilling
Procedures:
- In a mixing bowl mix together the soy sauce, ketchup, calamansi juice, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Wash the pork and pat dry.
- The marinating sauce rubs into the pork.
- Put together all pork and remaining marination in a swallow pan.
- Refrigerated overnight.
- Ready the griller and grill the pork for 15 to 20 minutes both sides.
- Serve with rice. Enjoy!
