Some would think of this as a hangover soup. But it is more than that! Have you tried this soup before? If not, we suggest that you do this recipe now. This is so good, especially when the weather is gloomy and you want something hot to slurp on. From its name, we can easily deduce that there is a Chinese origin to this dish. Miswa, which is also spelled as misua or mee sua, is a variety of very thin salted noodles that are made from wheat flour. It is different from the known rice vermicelli, which is made from rice, and cellophane noodles, which are made from mung beans. This type of noodles came from Fujian, China.

Miswa is easy to cook. It will only take two minutes or even less for it to be ready for eating. That fast! Who does not love easy-to-prepare food? This is for you! Make sure to have this noodle ready at your pantry.

The only dirty work in this recipe is when making meat balls. Nevertheless, it is still a simple task: mix the ingredients, roll them into balls, cook them in oil, and set aside to cool. Your balls are ready! You can prepare them beforehand and store in the refrigerator. When you need to cook something fast, pull them out, add your miswa, and tadaa! You are done with a dish that will surely fill you up.

Just a reminder before you proceed to your kitchen. This dish is best eaten right after cooking. Too much waiting time may give you soggy noodles and a mushy soup. Noodles are good absorbent of the soup! Now, you are ready! Enjoy your miswa and meat balls soup!
