Salted Egg Chicken Wings

A plate of crispy salted egg chicken wings served with a dipping sauce.

Ingredients.

  • 2 pcs Salted Egg
  • Half lemon squeezes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, Sugar, Pepper and Seasoning granules
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 kg of chicken wings
  • 1 pc. Onion slice dice
  • 1 pc chili slice
  • 5 cloves garlic slice dice
  • Oil for frying
  • ¼ cup of Butter for Sauté

Procedures:

  1. Seasoned the chicken wings with egg, salt, pepper, sugar and seasoning granules. Mix well
  2. Coated with flour and fry until golden brown. Set aside
  3. Sauté the chopped garlic and onion with butter.
  4. Add the salted egg and lemon juice. Mix well until the salted egg break into pieces.
  5. Add the fried chicken wings and chopped chili. Stir well
  6. Served with cold beer. Enjoy
