How to Cook Eggplant Steak Using Century Tuna Oil

Ingredients:

  • 5 pcs eggplant sliced and fried
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 calamansi and Green Chili
  • 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 pc diced Onion and Garlic

Procedures:

  1. Fry and cook first the slice eggplant.
  2. Heat the pan with oil and sauté the onion and garlic for 20 seconds.
  3. Add the tuna oil from century tuna and soy sauce.
  4. Add the calamansi and fried eggplant.
  5. Seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar.
  6. Stir until to cook and serve while hot. Enjoy
