Ingredients:
- 5 pcs eggplant sliced and fried
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 calamansi and Green Chili
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp pepper
- Oil for frying
- 1 pc diced Onion and Garlic
Procedures:
- Fry and cook first the slice eggplant.
- Heat the pan with oil and sauté the onion and garlic for 20 seconds.
- Add the tuna oil from century tuna and soy sauce.
- Add the calamansi and fried eggplant.
- Seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Stir until to cook and serve while hot. Enjoy
